This was launched at MUBS with prominent officials from the Norwegian Embassy in Uganda, Prof. Roula Inglesi-Lotz, the IAEE Vice President for Membership and Affiliate Relations, Norad/NORHED Officials, NMBU faculty and staff, NTNU faculty and staff, UDSM faculty and staff, Makerere University faculty and staff, UAEE members and MUBS faculty and staff. representatives from Electricity Regularly Authority (ERA), National Environmental Authority (NEMA), Parliament of Uganda, Uganda Petroleum Authority (UPIK), Uganda Bureau of Statistics (UBOS), Ministry of Energy and Mineral Development, Uganda Petroleum Authority, Vivo Energy and students of both economics and energy economics.
