Registration before sitting any examination is done physically at the campuses and online
Online Registration Requirements
The procedures for online registration and printing of your examination permit as indicated below;
Login to https://myportal.mubs.ac.ug
Once you have successfully logged in; under “ENROLLMENT AND REGISTRATION”, then click on the green Registration button from the menu to display semester one course units. Click on the course unit you want to register and Select the registration status Normal paper, then click on ADD COURSE.
If all the course units are fine, under “REGISTRATION” check your Study Year and Current Semester, if they are fine, click on “Register NOW” below the selected course units.
Printing Examination Permit Procedure
Step 1: To access the system, log to: https://myportal.mubs.ac.ugusing any of the following recommended browsers: Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox and Safari
Step 2: Once you have successfully logged in click on “Registration and it will display the Examination Card or proof of registration for Semester I 2024/2025 Academic year on your right hand if you completed the tuition dues.
Step 3: A print preview of the Examination permit will be displayed, please confirm that the details displayed are correct then double click on the examination permit to print.
